Spent last night at a friends drinking exotic punches, playing poker and watching the Canada/US World Junior game, which was perhaps one of the great games the tournament has had to offer. America was winning 3-0, Canada came back to tie it and eventually blow out the States 7-4 thanks to a John Tavares hat trick and this save by Dustin Tokarski.

The show features Canada heavily, unfortunately the clips below are only available in America (and those with sneaky computers) so Canucks, you are forced to watch these on the comedy network, where you will have to sit through ads.
December 8, 2008: Provinces in Peril - Indecision Oh-Eh?
Aye tis true eh, its nice to see Jon Stewart report on our Coalition Government
Stephen Harper dissolved the parliament instead of facing a vote of no-confidence, basically he's a pussy and is clinging to power, what champ...and when I say champ, I mean Douche.
The Dion joke is well placed, I never thought Dion would make a good leader, in fact he resigned Monday (the 8th.)A new leader will be announced within the next 17 days, I hope its Ken Dryden...Only because he's a hall-o-famer with six Stanley Cups.
December 8, 2008: Provinces in Peril
More from fellow Canadian, Samantha Bee tries to explain to Stewart the whole "Queen" business. Aasif Mandvi pushes for us to gain more independence while John Oliver urges us to stick with the empire.
December 8, 2008: Clusterfuck to the Poor House - President Goofus and President Gallant
Stewart is frustrated that the States are stuck with Bush until January 20. As Bush is clearly doing nothing to solve problems.
December 8, 2008: Matthew Alexander
It's an incredible story, whats even more incredible is that his name only shows up in Google News 31 times. To put that into perspective, Britney Spears appears 23,675 times.

Sarah Palin vs. Polar Bears
Posted by Unknown | Sunday, November 16, 2008 | Alaska, Animals, Canada, Global Warming, Lawsuits, Sarah Palin | 0 comments »I guess I've been bored from not mocking Sarah Palin since she lost the election, so time to dig up a gem. Remember how she believed GOD would help her bring more oil money to Alaska, well turns out GOD was taking his damn time so she decided to sue to the Government to have Polar Bears taken off the protected animals list, in order to turn nature preserves into industrial playgrounds. She even went on Glenn beck to argue her case.
So she's suing because polar bear numbers are increasing? Where is she getting that fact? Everything I have heard has been that the Arctic is shrinking and hurting the polar bear population. CBS or Glenn Beck? hmmm..
Regardless, The New Scientist magazine looked into the facts, Palin was right that Polar Bear populations were rising, but she spun the story to meet her needs, Populations are rising in North-East Canada, but are dropping Alaska.
The two populations that are increasing, both in north-eastern Canada, were severely reduced by hunting in the past and are recovering thanks to the protection they and their prey now enjoy.
The best-studied population, in Canada's western Hudson Bay, fell by 22% from 1194 animals in 1987 to 935 in 2004, according to the US Fish and Wildlife Service. A second group in the Beaufort Sea, off Alaska's north coast, is now experiencing the same pattern of reduced adult weights and cub survival as the Hudson Bay group.

This Bush guy was a mess, a complete mistake, check out this snippet from the documentary, about Bush and head of Al Zawahiri This is beyond fucked up. Full Doc follows.
Crazy eh! Now be a hero and vote it up on Reddit!
This Documentary blew my mind, in fact, everything George Bush related blows my mind, I for one can't wait for him to be gone from the world stage. I look forward to seeing for once in my life short life just what America can do with an intelligent leader in charge. After all the wars and calamities of the last 8 years, I'll be happy to see a steady hand in charge, maybe instead of making problems America will fix some.
CBC Documentary - The Bush Years
Leading up to the American presidential election, CBC Documentary Unit producer Terence McKenna takes a retrospective look at U.S. President George W. Bush, arguably one of the most controversial public figures
