I just ran into this trailer on VideoSift, it appears the story of Harrison Bergeron has been redone.
The film is based from from a Vonnegut short story, you can read the whole thing here, it's your classic tale of government controlled equality gone nuts.

Now this tale has been made into a film once before back in the 90's starring Samwise Gamgee.
